As I’m sure most of you are aware there have been a lot of changes recently regarding the risks and course of the Covid-19 disease in Canada. This has led to the cancellation or rescheduling of many public gatherings and encouragement by authorities to stay at home and avoid large crowds. This is especially true for anyone who is of advanced years and/or has a pre-existing condition. With this in mind, and in a spirit of being overly cautious we have decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting for OCA that was set for next Sunday, March 22nd 2020.

Current thoughts are that we hold it in June or July, but this will depend on how the school year wraps up since there may be an extension into the summer to cover the closings in Ontario. This would also mean published camp schedules may need to be adjusted.

We will update everyone with any changes we make as early as we can. And in the days and weeks ahead, let's all pray and love and serve and be beacons to those who need it.
